The set contains two ceramic pots, each containing 80ml of extra virgin olive oil. The oil in the red pot is infused with natural chilli extract. The grey pot contains olive oil infused with garlic.
Drizzle the spicy chilli oil over grilled meat and pepperoni pizza. It’s a great way to add heat to dishes of braised beans and lentils.
Use the garlic oil to sweat onions for soups and stews. Or, use it as a finishing oil for fish and hummus. It’s fantastic on roast potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Ladolea olive oil is 100% single varietal, cold pressed and unfiltered. The olives are grown in the Peloponnese region of southern Greece.
About Ladolea
Ladolea is a family-owned company in the Peloponnese region of Greece. It was created by the Kloutsiniotis brothers (Panos and Thanos) in 2012. The oil is rooted in Greek history and culture.
The brothers work with local farmers to grow indigenous Corinthian olives using traditional, sustainable methods. The distinctive ceramic pots are inspired by ancient Greek jars, used to hold oil for Olympic athletes to oil their bodies, as long ago as 700 BC.
