This gourmet spread is flavoured with lemon and zingy ginger. It gets its sweet-sour tang from Terra del Tuono’s lemon balsamic condiment. The spread can be used as a sauce or dressing for all kinds of dishes.
Made in Italy, this spread has an intense citrus flavour. It’s a wonderful addition to salad dressings and dipping sauces. Pair it with white meats, seafood and Asian-inspired dishes.
Ginger and lemon spread is an instant flavour boost for rice and stir fry sauces. You can also use it to glaze vegetables and chicken skewers before grilling. The tangy lemon flavour works beautifully with desserts, too.
This spread is made by Acetaia Terra del Tuono. Based in Emilia-Romagna, they have been producing balsamic vinegar since 1892.
