Description
Shredded jellyfish is a popular Chinese starter or snack. Jellyfish has a highly prized texture, but very little flavour - this instant shredded jellyfish it is perked up by a sachet of a tangy dressing, and is excellent served with shredded cucumber and poached chicken. To serve, rinse the shredded jellyfish in cold water before mixing it with some shredded cucumber and the dressing.
