Made with real lemon pulp and juice, the purée has a natural citrus freshness. Pair it with chocolate to make pralines with a tangy lemon filling. It’s ideal for making sorbets and granita in the summer. You can use it in place of fresh lemon juice in cocktails, too.
Made with 90% fruit and 10% sugar, Ravifruit purées are 100% natural. They are flash-pasteurised to preserve the fresh fruit flavour. You can store the cartons in your pantry for up to a year.
