This spice blend is a collaboration with Danish cookbook author, Ditte Ingemann. It contains coriander, fennel, black pepper and garlic powder. The spices are infused in orange oil for added zing. We love the addition of fragrant lemon thyme and citrusy sumac.
Cabbage Karma is a game changer for green vegetables. Use it to season kale and broccoli or marinate cauliflower before roasting. You can sprinkle it over roasted Brussels sprouts or wedges of grilled cabbage.
Add a generous pinch to salad dressing and crunchy coleslaw. Or, pair it with Greek yoghurt and herbs to make a creamy green goddess dressing.
Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
