This milk chocolate bar has a unique floral flavour. The smooth milk chocolate is infused with organic violet oil. The result is sweet, creamy chocolate with subtle floral notes.
The beans are grown in Eastern Congo by the world’s first female cocoa cooperative. Ocelot’s chocolate supplier, Original Beans, works directly with the cooperative, paying over Fairtrade price. In addition to providing a livelihood, the project gives the women access to higher education and a professional career.
This milk chocolate bar is made with organic Swiss milk. Small herds of Brown Swiss cows graze on mountain pastures and Alpine wildflowers. This gives the chocolate a creamy, floral flavour.
Ocelot chocolate is 100% organic and sold in fully recyclable and compostable packaging.
About Ocelot
Based in Scotland, Ocelot makes organic chocolate from ethically sourced ingredients. Their sister company, Original Beans, ensures that cocoa farmers are paid fairly. They give the farmers the resources to produce high quality cocoa and support their families and communities. In 2023, they had schooled 2,944 farmers, 40% of them women. The company protects rainforests by supporting growers to plant and nurture native trees.
