Mermaid Silver Anodised Loaf Tin

With the Mermaid Silver anodised loaf tin, you can make loaves of rye bread and golden babkas that have a perfect bake.

Aluminium offers even heat distribution throughout the entire tin, meaning there are no hot or cool spots, producing a consistent bake, every time. This aluminium tin has undergone an anodising process which hardens the aluminium, making it tougher and resistant to rust and the effects of frequent use. This loaf tin is a durable, long lasting piece of bakeware that can be used time and time again.

The bakeware improves with age. Unlike products coated with non-stick (PTFE), which deteriorate with use, frequent use of the Mermaid silver products will enhance their release properties. After each use, the anodised surface captures and retains a microscopic film of lubricant which builds up to form a ‘patina’.
