You'll find many uses for the Essential Cuisine wild mushroom glace:
- Dilute with water - 25g per litre - to make up a mushroom stock for a richer tasting broth
- Boost umami flavours in vegetarian dishes: drizzle at room temperature for dressing plates, or drizzle over a rich truffle & porcini risotto just before serving
- Intensify flavours in sauces: stir a teaspoon of mushroom glace into a bolognese sauce
