This range of food colours was developed by Stéphane Klein, the World Champion sugar-craft artist. He makes spectacular sculptures from coloured and blown sugar in his studio in Belfort, France.
For maximum effect, dilute the powder in water before use. 1 teaspoon of colouring with 1 teaspoon of water will colour 2kg of sugar.
