These flavours are combined with nutty sesame oil to create the perfect sweet and savoury balance that makes this much-loved Korean ingredient so versatile and delicious.
Use this Korean BBQ sauce on top of crispy Korean fried chicken or to glaze Karaage-style wings. It also makes a wonderful marinade for BBQ meats and tofu, as well as to season noodle and rice stir-fry dishes.
