Description
Drizzle Wilderbee gochujang hot honey over tacos and loaded fries. This addictive condiment is sweet and spicy in equal measure. It gets its kick from gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), gochugaru and Scotch bonnet chillies.
This sauce has a rich umami flavour that works with sweet and savoury dishes. Pair it with pizza, cheese toasties and fruit salad. It’s great with fried chicken or a Korean BBQ beef bowl.

Wilderbee hot honey was created by food truck chef Dan Shearman. It’s produced in the UK with bee-friendly, organic wildflower honey.
