The pie dish is coated with Americoat®, a non-stick silicone that allows your pies to release easily and makes clean-up a breeze.

Do not exceed 230°C / 450°F. Hand wash in warm water with mild dishwashing soap, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Avoid sharp metal utensils.
