UNILLOY’s black casserole is made from durable but lightweight cast iron. You can use the enamel-coated pan for baking, braising and slow cooking. Carry it from the kitchen to your dining table to serve guests in style.

With a generous 3.8L capacity, this casserole is great for batch cooking. Spend a leisurely afternoon cooking dishes for the freezer or the week ahead. This Japanese pan is perfect for big batches of ragu and black bean chilli.

The pan has a pouring rim that prevents spills and splashes. The underside of the lid is ridged so that steam collects and falls back into the pan. This locks in flavour and prevents your dish from drying out. It’s perfect for stews, curries and dishes with a long cooking time.

UNILLOY’s thin but durable iron is half the weight of traditional cast iron. You can move the pan around the hob and lift it in and out of the oven with ease.

UNILLOY cookware is compatible with all stove tops, including gas and induction. This casserole  is oven-safe up to 250°C.
