Thai Hand white pepper powder is a mild, white pepper which adds fragrant seasoning to dishes. This white pepper is gentler than black pepper as it contains less piperine, the substance responsible for pepper’s pungency.
Use Thai Hand white pepper powder to season fried rice and Thai soups. Being light in colour, white pepper powder is useful for adding flavour whilst avoiding black flecks of pepper. White pepper is also a popular seasoning for Japanese ‘sukiyaki’, a hot-pot style dish made with sliced beef, tofu, mushrooms and shirataki noodles.
