The blend includes fragrant herbs like thyme, oregano and lemon myrtle. Onion and garlic add a savoury note, while paprika delivers a hint of smoke.
This savoury seasoning gives dishes an authentic Greek flavour. Mix it with olive oil to marinate chicken thighs before grilling. Once cooked, stuff the chicken into pita breads with garlic sauce and chopped salad.
The warm, herbal flavours work well with fish and roasted vegetables. Scatter Greek pita blend over salads, potato wedges and baked feta. Or, mix it with oil, honey and white wine vinegar to make a tangy dressing.
