Cultivated in Japan, the yuzu fruit has a heady fragrance and an intense citrus flavour that is often likened to grapefruit or wild mandarin. Use it to flavour butter to melt over grilled fish or mix it with mayonnaise for a zesty dip for fried squid.

S&B yuzu paste has a tart citrus flavour with a spicy kick from green chilli pepper. Combine it with soy sauce, garlic and grated ginger to create a flavour-packed marinade for roast chicken, crispy tofu or skewers of beef.
