The sizeable surface area of the 30cm x 38cm grill makes it easy to quickly satisfy a hungry crowd - batch cook sausages and burgers for up to 12 people. The ProQ Flatdog only requires an inch of charcoal for efficient cooking, but the raised grill also allows for stacking of coals if more heat is required.
