These crunchy pork scratchings are made from bacon rind that has been marinated in salt and a little soy extract. The rinds are then fried in their own fat and seasoned once more with salt, for a crunchy snack that’s more than a little moreish! Enjoy pork scratchings as a nibble with a chilled beer.
