Description
Perello pickled garlic cloves are marinated in vinegar and a fragrant mix of oregano and tarragon. These slightly sweet, punchy cloves can be used in place of fresh garlic for homemade pasta sauces, or served as part of a Spanish tapas spread.
Use these jarred garlic cloves to stuff olives, serve alongside salty cheese and charcuterie, or snack on with a vermouth apéritif.
