Pariani organic hazelnut oil is made with 100% organic hazelnuts which have been cold pressed without chemical additives, then filtered. This intensely flavoured pure nut oil will bring fragrance and flavour to salad dressings and sweet bakes. Use this Italian oil in the following ways:

• Add to crushed nuts and grated hard cheese to make a hazelnut pesto
• Mix with white wine vinegar and lemon juice to make a dressing for sweet roasted squash salads
• Pair with whole hazelnuts, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt for a homemade chocolate spread

This organic oil also lends itself well to salty cheeses and green leafy vegetables such as kale.
