This 100% natural essence is made by steam distillation of pine twigs - the flavour is incredibly pure. Pine is a fantastic partner for earthy mushrooms - brush over the mushrooms before frying, add a splash to grilled fish, or use alongside orange zest to make a fragrant ice cream.
Unlike most flavourings, which are diluted with oil or water, this is the pure intense flavour itself.
