Description
Natco ground rice is freshly milled from specially selected rice grains, and is perfect for making Indian idlis (round savoury rice cakes), dosas (large rice pancakes) or sweet puddings. The rice is milled to a fine texture which gives sponges and cakes a distinctively smooth texture. The rice works in both sweet and savoury dishes.
Allergy advice: May contain traces of wheat gluten and milk. Packed in a factory that handles nuts in a separate area.
