Golden raisins are plump, juicy and full of flavour. Use them to give a burst of sweetness to mild curries such as korma, or stir through fluffy rice with turmeric and cashew nuts for a jewelled side dish. Golden raisins also work very well in sweet dishes such as rice pudding or even baked into bread dough along with walnuts, to serve with cheese.
