Mill & Mortar created Salt of Hearts with food consultant and former chef, Rasmus Bredahl. It contains less than 15% salt.
The rest of the blend is made up of natural flavour enhancers. There’s nutty white sesame, dried porcini mushrooms, kelp and black pepper. You can detect a hint of coriander and citrusy notes from lemon oil and sumac.
