Mix rose harissa with oil or yoghurt to marinate meat and fish. It’s fantastic with chicken and firm fleshed fish like monkfish. You can also brush it over cauliflower or skewers of vegetables before grilling or roasting.
Rose harissa is a great way to spice up lentil soups and tomato sauce. Add it to shakshuka for a brunch dish with extra zing. We like to swirl it through hummus and creamy dips. Scooped up with toasted pita, it’s the perfect pre-dinner snack.
