Hey Falafel spice blend is your secret weapon for flavour-packed falafels. Made from crushed chickpeas, falafels are formed into balls and fried until crisp and golden. They’re an essential part of any Middle Eastern mezze platter.
The spice blend combines earthy cumin with cinnamon, sumac and coriander. White sesame seeds add crunch and rich umami. All of the ingredients are organic and the blend doesn’t contain any salt. You can season your falafel mix to your liking.
Serve freshly fried falafels with a dipping sauce made from Greek yoghurt, tahini and garlic. They’re delicious on their own or packed into pitas with salad. Crunchy cucumber and ripe tomatoes are a perfect match for the chickpea fritters.
