Master Cook ramen broth is a delicious store cupboard shortcut. The chicken and pork bone broth is simmered for over 12 hours for maximum flavour. It’s perfect for busy days when you’re craving something comforting, wholesome - and quick.

The broth is flavoured with soy sauce, kombu, garlic and shiitake mushrooms. Rice wine adds a subtle tang that complements the rich, savoury soup base. Dinner guests will think you’ve been slaving over a hot stove for hours!

To prepare your ramen, first heat the broth in a pan. Then, add your favourite ramen ingredients (noodles, mushrooms, tofu, pak choi). Simmer until everything is cooked and serve in deep bowls.

You can garnish your ramen with shredded spring onion and a soft boiled egg.

The broth can also be heated in the microwave. Pour it into a bowl or jug and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Each Master Cook meal kit serves two people.
