Ladolea Greek fleur de sel
This flaky salt is harvested from the salt ponds of Messolonghi. Known locally as afrina, it has a delicate texture and subtle briny flavour.
Sprinkle fleur de sel over Greek salads, seafood and souvlaki. The bright, clean flavour works beautifully in dressings and scattered over roast potatoes.
The handmade pot is inspired by ceramic salt bowls used in ancient Greece. Dating back to 300 BC, the bowl was known as a skyphidion. The cork lid absorbs excess moisture and stops the salt from sticking together.

Ladolea’s organic oregano is harvested by hand in Serres, Macedonia. It’s prized for its powerful aroma and earthy, savoury flavour.
Greek oregano adds bright, herbal notes to salads and tomato sauces. Add a generous pinch to Mediterranean stews and bean dishes like gigantes plaki.
The oregano is stored in a ceramic bowl, inspired by ancient Greek kitchen pots. It protects the herb from sunlight, preserving its flavour and aroma.

About Ladolea
Ladolea is a family-owned company in the Peloponnese region of Greece. It was created by the Kloutsiniotis brothers (Panos and Thanos) in 2012. The oil is rooted in Greek history and culture.
The brothers work with local farmers to grow indigenous Corinthian olives using traditional, sustainable methods. The distinctive ceramic pots are inspired by ancient Greek jars, used to hold oil for Olympic athletes to oil their bodies, as long ago as 700 BC.
