Kuki Sangyo medium intensity sesame oil is a premium sesame oil made from 100% black, golden and white sesame seeds. This sesame oil has a rounded and soft umami flavour, with subtle roasted notes. Its medium intensity offers a gentle bitterness that pairs well with a range of savoury, salty and sweet flavours, offering a contrasting cut through.

The seeds in this oil are pressed using traditional methods, and the extracted oil is then left to stand for two weeks to develop its rich and deep flavour. It is then filtered to produce a smooth and golden oil.
