Dried vegan kimchi is combined with Maldon sea salt, garlic and gochugaru. The drying process preserves the kimchi’s spicy, tangy flavour. It packs a serious umami punch!

Sprinkle kimchi chilli flakes over noodles, bibimbap and fried eggs. It’s delicious on popcorn and crispy squid. You can also add it to marinades for meat and fish. It would work well in this recipe for beef bulgogi.
