Stoneware is the perfect material for vinaigrier jars thanks to its resistance to acid and protection from light. The thick sides are ideal for regulating temperature.
This stoneware jar is perfect for when you’re making kombucha - a funky, fermented tea drink that has a slight fizz. Kombucha is produced by fermenting sweetened tea with a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast).
This stoneware vinaigrier jar has a capacity of 2.5 litres.
Please note due to the artisanal nature of the product, there may be minor variations in the glaze, but this will not affect the quality of the product.
