Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake, 720ml

Serve Hakkaisan tokubetsu honjozo sake at room temperature with grilled meats, teriyaki skewers and hearty soups. The tokubetsu honjozo sake has woody notes in the aroma, along with hints of spice and tropical fruit. On the palate it is much more subtle with hints of honeyed fruit and rice, and a dry finish. Try warming the sake to enhance the woody aromas, for a comforting tipple on cold evenings.

• Drinking temperature: room temperature, or heated to 40-50°C
