Serve green apple liqueur straight from the freezer as a digestif. It’s also delicious poured over sorbet or fruit salad. You can use it to add a boozy note to apple desserts, too.
For a quick cocktail, pair the liqueur with gin and lemonade. Grand Rubren calls this drink ‘Le Pommier’. Garnish with thin slices of apple and enjoy its fresh, fruity flavour. In the autumn months, mix apple liqueur with ginger beer and cinnamon for a warming spritz.
