Giusti balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP Extravecchio is one of the finest vinegars, aged for a minimum of 25 years.
Made from one single ingredient - the must of cooked Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, the vinegar is aged through a process which involves decanting and refilling via various types of wooden casks, each one providing various flavour profiles.

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start. Based in the Modena countryside, Giusti still to this day age their balsamic vinegars in original casks, adding historic flavour characteristics to every bottle.
