Galantino extra virgin olive oil is produced in southern Italy. It’s infused with mint for a fresh, herbal flavour and aroma. The cool, clean taste of mint pairs beautifully with the mellow oil.
Drizzle this Italian olive oil over roasted vegetables and petit pois. Its minty flavour is a perfect match for lamb and new potatoes. You can also serve it as a dip for bread to showcase its unique taste.
This EVOO is made with olives from one of Italy’s oldest olive growing regions. It’s cold-pressed and has a medium-fruity taste. Mint adds freshness that balances the oil’s peppery finish. Galantino recommends pairing it with cheese or insalata di riso (rice salad).
Add mint flavoured olive oil to marinades or dips like tzatziki. It’s also great in sweet recipes, such as olive oil cake or chocolate mousse.
About Galantino
Galantino is based in the town of Bisceglie, Puglia – the region that produces more olives than any other in the world. The medieval town is steeped in history, perched on the Adriatic coast and surrounded by ancient olive groves. Galantino’s oil is renowned for its quality and consistency, and holds protected status (PDO). The family olive mill has been pressing oil since 1926, and is run today by the third generation. All their olives are carefully selected and washed before being crushed on traditional stone mills.
