Fabbri salted caramel spread makes a fantastic filling for macarons, sponge cakes and Swiss rolls. It’s luxuriously smooth and creamy, combining the richness of cocoa with the pleasing tang of salted caramel. Tiny caramel crystals are a delicious, crunchy surprise.
Try warming a spoonful of salted caramel spread to drizzle over cheesecakes, ice cream and dark chocolate tortes. It works wonderfully with fruit, either as a dip or spooned on to the biscuit base of a banoffee pie.
