Cherry wood creates a smokiness that is rich, smooth, slightly sweet and fruity. Fantastic with all sorts of dishes! It's a winner with game hens, duck breast, and for smoking vegetables as well as with all meats. Blend with oak for smoking turkey.

For use with the Cameron Stovetop Smoker, the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator (100g produces 10 hours of cold smoke), and some hand held smokers.
