The De Buyer 24cm stainless-steel high pastry ring is ideal for tall wedding cake tiers or even panettones. You can even use the ring to bake tall loaves of bread.

The ring has been expertly welded so that the inner surface is smooth and seam-free, so you get flawless results every time. Use with baking parchment to minimise leaks.
