Use the De Buyer stainless-steel filling tube to pipe jam, custard or cream into the centre of doughnuts, profiteroles and cupcakes.

The filling nozzle has a 6mm diameter angled nozzle. Use directly with disposable piping bags. De Buyer piping tips have permanent size markings on the side for easy identification, and are designed for intensive professional use.
