The soft, flexible silicone bristles are gentle enough that they don’t damage delicate pastries. Their velvety texture allows sauces and other liquids to cling to the bristles. The silicone is resistant to high temperatures, so you can use it directly with hot sauces and ingredients.
The De Buyer silicone pastry brush comes apart for easier and more thorough cleaning. The whole brush is 19cm long.
