De Buyer’s glass lid for Alchimy range is a must-have kitchen accessory when using your Alchimy pans. Designed to fit the Alchimy cookware range, this glass lid had a stainless steel rim.
Keep an eye on food while it simmers, or bring water to the boil more quickly with this glass lid firmly in place.
This glass lid fits pans of the same diameter, except for frying pans, and comes in the following sizes:
- 14cm to fit the De Buyer Alchimy 14cm Saucepan
- 18cm to fit the De Buyer Alchimy 18cm Saucepan
- 28cm to fit the De Buyer Alchimy 28cm Casserole
This glass lid is oven-safe up to 200 degrees Celcius and is dishwasher safe.
