De Buyer Affinity stainless steel frying pans are available in four sizes:

Affinity frying pans are made from multiple layers of magnetic stainless steel with an aluminium core. Heat is conducted throughout the entire pan – sides included – for faster and more even cooking. They also react very quickly to changes in temperature, so they heat up fast and stop cooking almost as soon as you remove them from the heat.
The frying pans have a ‘lyonnaise’ profile – this means there’s no sharp, straight edges around the rim, so food slides easily from pan to plate. The ergonomically designed handles are cast from stainless steel and riveted to the pans for durability. They also stays at a low enough temperature to handle during cooking.

Dishwasher safe.
All De Buyer Pans have a convex shape to the base of 1-2%. This stabilises the pan during the heating process and prevents the pan from potential warping.
