Cool Chile Co Chile Con Carne Kit, 55g

Use this Cool Chile Co Kit to create the Northern Mexican dish ‘chilli con carne’. This chilli con carne, however, is not like the one that most of us know. Tomatoes are not necessary when you have a silky puree of guajillo chillies.

To get started you need vegetable oil, 400g stewing meat (beef, lamb, pork or goat – the more marbling the better), one medium onion and one clove of garlic. The set includes a 24g sachet of carne con chile spice mix, one chile de árbol, three chiles guajillo, one chile ancho and a recipe card.
