The flavours are inspired by Japan’s beloved katsu curry. Sweet, tangy ketchup is infused with tamari, garlic and spices. This sauce is fantastic on burgers and fish and chips. Try spreading it on soft white bread for a bacon sarnie with a twist.
Serve katsu ketchup as a dip for sweet potato wedges. It’s particularly good with fried foods like tempura and chicken karaage.
