The Cheese Grotto is made from sustainable birchwood. Inside, there’s a bamboo shelf and a clay brick for humidity control. It can store around 900g of cheese. The back panel is breathable, creating the perfect climate for long-term storage.
Birchwood has been used for cheese preservation for hundreds of years. It’s slower to absorb and release moisture, keeping cheese fresh for longer. It’s mould and stain-resistant, inside and out.
