This mushroom brush is designed to clean your mushrooms without damaging their delicate skin. It’s made with oiled birch wood and horsehair, crafted by hand in Sweden. Use it to remove dirt and soil from your favourite fungi before making an indulgent risotto or a creamy sauce for pasta or chicken.
Mushrooms should never be washed with water as they will quickly absorb it and go soggy. For pan-fried mushrooms with crispy golden edges, grab your mushroom brush instead. It’s especially useful for morels and chanterelles which have ridges where grit and dirt can hide.
