Ready to eat straight from the jar, these mushrooms are great for topping tarts, salads, pizza and crostini. Try adding them to a panini with creamy goat’s cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Preserved in oil with spices and vinegar, the mushroom mix includes the prized porcini mushroom. Famous for its umami-rich flavour and meaty texture, it’s considered by many to be the king of mushrooms!
